Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience in Spokane, dedicated to understanding and addressing the behavioral health needs of the community. FBH offers evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing various behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, FBH believes in the recovery and potential of its clients to lead fulfilling lives and considers it a privilege to support them. The Youth & Adult Services Outpatient Services division provides a range of mental health and behavioral interventions for children, adolescents, and their families, which can be short-term or long-term. Services include individual counseling, assessment and referral, anger management, coping skills development, social skills training, family counseling, crisis intervention, case management, group counseling, and parent support. Peer Support Specialists play a crucial role in promoting community integration, resiliency, and quality of life by sharing relevant personal experiences to foster hope, resilience, and reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. These services are available to individuals and families of all ages, provided on an individual or group basis.
