The Peer Support Specialist (Full Service Partnership Team) provides recovery-oriented, person-centered support to individuals living with serious mental health challenges who are enrolled in the Full Service Partnership program. FSP serves individuals with complex needs who may be experiencing homelessness, justice system involvement, frequent hospitalizations, or other significant barriers to stability. Drawing from lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery, the Peer Support Specialist offers hope, mentorship, and advocacy to support participants in achieving stability, increasing independence, and working toward their self-defined recovery goals. Peers play a key role in building trusting relationships, modeling recovery, and helping participants navigate services that support long-term wellness and community integration.
