The 24/7 Programs Peer Supervisor provides clinical, administrative, and CPSS supervision to all Peers via direct clinical and supervisory work, within 24/7 programs (AIU, CTC, MCOT, YMCOT, PHRC and Keller). This role involves assisting in hiring, training, coaching, developing, and evaluating qualified staff, maintaining supervision logs, overseeing training and professional development of direct reports, and consulting with program directors and managers. The supervisor provides strength-based supervision and coaching to staff to maximize their strengths, enhance their critical thinking skills, and reduce mental health stigma. They also coach peers to use lived experience and trauma-informed language, maintain boundaries, and ensure quality interactions. The position requires maintaining accurate data collection, participating in peer meetings, and providing education on peer services. Additionally, the role involves providing on-site clinical support, coordinating staff coverage, and representing the agency positively in the community, developing relationships with other agencies, and providing consultation, education, and training as needed.
