Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) is seeking a compassionate, recovery-oriented Peer Specialist to join our CSU team, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use challenges as they work toward independence and wellness. In this dynamic, community-based role, you will use your lived experience to build authentic connections, provide milieu and case management support during Drop-In services, and empower clients to define and achieve their recovery goals through one-on-one and group engagement. You will connect individuals to essential resources; including housing, healthcare, and community supports; while collaborating closely with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and successful transitions into community services.
