Peer Recovery Coach
About The Position
As a Peer Recovery Coach/Peer Support Specialist, we support the person who has overdosed or is struggling with a substance use disorder, begin their path to recovery. Our goal is to help individuals connect with resources and offer the support they need to begin their recovery journey. The diversity of our team at Project WisHope sends a clear message about the key role that individuals in recovery should play in providing peer recovery support services and educating about recovery, while also ensuring that Wisconsin’s recovery community members are represented and heard.
Requirements
- Must be Peer Recovery Coach Certified
- Must have at least 1 year in long-term recovery.
- Driver's License (Required)
