The division of Orientation and Transition Programs has an outstanding opportunity for a Peer Coach Program Manager to join their team. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Peer Coaching within Orientation and Transition Programs, this role is responsible for leading the first-year peer coaching program and supporting student success initiatives. The position oversees the recruitment, training, and supervision of 30 undergraduate peer coaches, ensuring they are equipped to effectively support incoming students. This role plays a key part in advancing retention, belonging, and academic success for all first-year students at UWB. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with an expectation of three days per week on-site and two days remote. Due to the nature of the work, flexibility is required, and the schedule may be adjusted to meet departmental and student needs. Specific work arrangements will be determined in collaboration with the supervisor and may vary based on programming, peak periods, and operational priorities.
