Requirements

MD/DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa
Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting
Conduct routine wellness exams, acute care visits, and developmental screenings
Coordinate care with pediatric specialists
Educate families on wellness, nutrition, safety, and preventive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings
