The role involves a full scope of general outpatient-focused pediatric services with limited inpatient call coverage for nursery patients. The practice is located in a Rural Health Clinic (RHC) designated setting and serves a population of over 50,000 residents. The local birthing center provides comprehensive services including antepartum and labor care, delivery rooms (with approximately 550 deliveries per year), postpartum services, and newborn Level II infant nurseries. The position offers convenient access to Waxahachie, Dallas, and nearby cities.
