About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician in Cuba, New York. This is an outpatient pediatrics role focused on preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care from infancy through adolescence. The position offers flexible four- or five-day clinic schedules to support provider work-life balance in a mission-driven healthcare environment serving rural and underserved communities. The role includes dedicated 1:1 staffing support to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency. The practice is located in a scenic western New York community offering outdoor recreation, close-knit neighborhoods, and a slower-paced rural living. The position is based in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting with a team-based collaborative pediatric care model. There is also a teaching affiliation opportunity with a rural residency program.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics REQUIRED
- Clear and active New York medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Comfortable providing full-spectrum outpatient pediatric care REQUIRED
- Passion for serving rural and underserved communities REQUIRED
- Ability to work autonomously within team-based care model REQUIRED

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence
- Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care services
- Coordinate continuity of care and specialty referrals
- Perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference
- Collaborate with dedicated 1:1 staffing support teams
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for patient documentation
