About The Position

OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Physician to join their OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch team. OnPoint Medical Group is a physician-led network of skilled Primary and Urgent care providers committed to expanding access to quality healthcare effectively and affordably. Their "Circle of Care" model aims to ensure the health and wellness of members and their families by providing access to a comprehensive menu of medical services from a unified physician group. The Pediatric provider will be responsible for direct patient care and administrative duties as designated by the Medical Director, in accordance with the Colorado Medical Practice Act. The Physician Lead will provide overall direction for all OnPoint Medical Group activities.

Requirements

  • Physician with responsibility for any area of the practice that requires physician oversight
  • Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine; know limitations and seek consult when advisable; keep abreast of current technologies and industry standards.
  • Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations.

  • Demonstrate on-going support and respect for administration in all communications, either privately with staff or in a group setting; never participate in creating an us vs.them (clinicians vs. administration) mentality.
  • Address any administrative issues directly and in private with those concerned.

Responsibilities

  • Providing medical services to the patients of the pediatric clinic, inclusive of all functions necessary to provide quality medical care.
  • Physician with responsibility for any area of the practice that requires physician oversight.
  • Practice using sound medical judgment and adhere to all ethical considerations of the practice of medicine; know limitations and seek consult when advisable; keep abreast of current technologies and industry standards.
