As a part-time Pediatric Urgent Care Provider, you'll deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative, child-focused environment while helping expand access to pediatric healthcare beyond traditional office hours. Requirements

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
• Board Certified
• PALS
• Current DEA Registration
• Excellent communication and patient-centered bedside manner

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred
• athenaOne experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent and episodic care for pediatric patients, from infancy through young adulthood
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries in a pediatric urgent care setting
• Deliver clear communication, education, and reassurance to patients and families
• Perform procedures including laceration repair, abscess drainage, and foreign body removal
• Collaborate closely with providers, nursing staff, and operational teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within athenaOne EMR
• Support innovative care delivery models, including telemedicine services
