About The Position

Southland Therapy is hiring a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP) in the Mount Pleasant, SC area to provide early intervention speech therapy in natural environments (home and daycare). This is an immediate opportunity with a constant referral base — no clinic work required. As a Pediatric Speech Therapist (SLP), you will provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children, deliver early intervention (EI) services in natural environments, treat speech, language, and communication delays, and work closely with families to support progress in everyday routines using play-based, functional therapy approaches.

Requirements

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY candidate
• South Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest in pediatric speech therapy / early intervention
• Comfortable working independently in home and daycare settings

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and daycare-based speech therapy for children
• Deliver early intervention (EI) services in natural environments
• Treat speech, language, and communication delays
• Work closely with families to support progress in everyday routines
• Use play-based, functional therapy approaches
