Requirements
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID
- Article 9 certification
- driver's license
- reliable transportation
- excellent communication and clinical skills
Nice To Haves
- Experienced pediatric SLP
- Looking to begin your home health journey
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and establish individualized goals
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one speech, language, and feeding therapy
- Track patient progress
- Complete clinical documentation
- Coach caregivers on home strategies
- Coordinate care with physicians, educators, and therapy team members
- Optional opportunity to supervise SLPAs
