Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state (Ohio).
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Must be a "big kid at heart".

Nice To Haves

Experience with outpatient orthopedic settings.
Experience with applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient pediatric speech therapy services.
Conduct individualized, patient-centered treatment sessions.
Collaborate with and mentor other clinicians.
Maintain autonomy and pursue growth in areas of passion and expertise.
Work with patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan.
Mentor students and become a certified clinical instructor (for experienced teammates).
