Requirements
- Hold Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Hold a master's degree from a university with ASHA approved curriculum
- Hold current CPR and First Aid certification
Nice To Haves
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply and we provide your CF supervision in-house
- Feeding experience is a plus, whether that is oral motor treatment, sensory-based feeding, texture and food progression, tube weaning, or work with infants and medically complex children
- Training in a feeding approach such as SOS, Beckman, Talk Tools, food chaining, or TOTS is a plus
- Experience with, or interest in learning, telehealth
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat children ages 0 to 21 across a range of diagnoses
- Collaborate on a multidisciplinary team
- Take pride in your caseload and want to see both your patients and your team grow
- Communicate clearly with your team, with families, and in your documentation
- Coach parents through home carryover programs
