About The Position

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a full-time pediatric position. This role involves working directly with children in a setting designed to support their developmental and therapeutic needs, offering a predictable weekday schedule, time off aligned with traditional breaks, and the ability to build lasting relationships with children and families. The position also provides collaborative, interdisciplinary support from OTs, PTs, and mental health providers, with compensation spread over 12 months for consistent pay. PDS offers professional development and career growth opportunities, including mentorship, leadership roles, and specialization in areas like AAC, early intervention, or bilingual therapy. Built-in support is available for both new and experienced clinicians, including mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and experienced colleagues.

Requirements

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
Active state SLP license

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, individualized services based on pediatric needs and therapy plans
Conduct evaluations, write reports, and monitor progress in areas such as articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics, and feeding (if applicable)

Create a positive, supportive therapy experience for each child
