About The Position

PYG Therapy is expanding throughout Arizona and is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide individualized pediatric home health services. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work with children.

Requirements

• Arizona SLP license
• CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Reliable transportation
• Strong clinical judgment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate speech, language, and feeding needs
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Deliver therapy in the home environment
• Complete clinical documentation
• Coach caregivers on communication strategies
• Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary providers
• Mentor or supervise SLPAs if interested
