About The Position
We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) who brings energy, empathy, and a growth mindset to every therapy session. At The SpOT Clinic, you'll help children build the communication skills they need for life. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed hourly rate and a sign-on bonus. You will be paid for your full shift, every shift, not just billable units. Compensation and bonus structures are available after 90 days of employment.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Current AL licensure (or in process).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
- Help children build the communication skills they need for life.
