About The Position

Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 18 across South Carolina. Our multidisciplinary team provides Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy in clinic, preschool, home, and community settings. We are growing our Anderson team and are looking for Speech-Language Pathologists—and Clinical Fellows!—who love working with children and want the support, flexibility, and resources to do their best work. Current opportunities include a Full-Time Clinic SLP or CF to build a consistent pediatric caseload in our Anderson clinic, and a Full-Time Mixed Clinic + Community SLP or CF (starting January 2027) to enjoy variety with a combination of clinic-based therapy and services within the community. CFs are encouraged to apply, and TCT provides mentorship, supervision, and ongoing support.
