About The Position
We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who brings energy, empathy, and a growth mindset to every therapy session. At The SpOT Clinic, you'll help children build the communication skills they need for life. New grads are welcome and will receive support through mentorship from experienced pediatric SLPs, guidance through their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), a caseload that builds as they are ready, and a team that wants them to succeed. This is a full-time position with guaranteed hourly pay for the full shift, every shift.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively completing CFY.
- Current AL licensure (or in process).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children/special needs preferred, not required.
