About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
  • Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state (Virginia).
  • Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

  • Experience in specialties such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized one-to-one attention to pediatric patients.
  • Develop and implement customized plans of care.
  • Encourage parent and caregiver participation in sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Pursue specialties in areas of passion such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, Oncology, Vestibular, Hand, Pediatric, Neuro, Vertigo, Sports, Parkinson’s Disease, Performing Arts, Pulmonary Disease, Concussion Management, Dry Needling (depending on state), and much more.
  • Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans.
  • Mentor students and become a certified clinical instructor if experienced.
