Requirements

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (Texas)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric or relevant SLP experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a home health setting

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients with speech, language, and feeding/swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s goals
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate therapy sessions
• Track progress and adjust care as needed
• Communicate with physicians and the care team
• Coordinate your weekly schedule directly with families
