About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. This role is for clinicians passionate about helping children find their voice, strengthen their skills, and reach their full potential, while working with a supportive, mission-driven team. Requirements

ASHA certification
Texas State SLP/SLP-CF License
Current CPR certification

Nice To Haves

Pediatric or home health experience
At least 1 yr. of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow preferred
Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
Bilingual

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community
Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs)
Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs)
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders
Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Document care in an electronic medical record system
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
