About The Position
At Great Strides Rehabilitation, part of the H2 Health family, we believe communication is central to independence, learning, and connection. We’re hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in our Southpoint clinic and support pediatric clients in a collaborative, clinician-led setting. You’ll be part of a mission-driven team dedicated to helping children find their voice, improve language skills, and thrive through evidence-based, individualized care.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Feeding experience required
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for pediatric speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs
- Design and implement evidence-based, individualized care plans
- Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and a balanced caseload using Raintree EMR
