Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCCs or Clinical Fellowship eligible
• Passion for working with children from birth through young adulthood
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to evidence-informed, family-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in outpatient, early intervention, and telehealth settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists (Speech, Occupational, Physical, and Music Therapists).
• Engage in child-led, neuro-affirming, evidence-informed care.
• Participate in mentorship programs for Clinical Fellows and experienced clinicians.
• Utilize a hybrid compensation model that includes direct patient care and administrative time.
• Focus on children and families, supported by dedicated administrative staff for scheduling, insurance, and billing.
• Build a schedule that aligns with personal interests, strengths, and professional goals.
• Provide therapy in children's natural environments.
• Work with children from birth through young adulthood.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
• Communicate honestly, take ownership of work, and do the right thing.
• Support teammates, communicate proactively, and contribute to the team's goals.
• Approach interactions with kindness, compassion, and respect.
