About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant AAS Degree or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Certificate
Current or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant within the respective state
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MUST BE FULLY LICENSED!

Provide individualized one-to-one attention to pediatric patients.
Develop and implement customized plans of care.
Encourage parent and caregiver participation in sessions.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
Spend more time with patients focusing on their individualized treatment plan.
Mentor students and become a certified clinical instructor (for experienced teammates).
