About The Position
Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate clinic-based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary team of top therapists in Chicago, IL. Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to provide evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive. As a clinic-based Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children and families in a pediatric therapy clinic. You'll foster each child's social skills, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills.

Responsibilities
- Providing individualized and group therapy
- Collaborating daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care
