About The Position

Requirements
- LVN license in the state of California
- Proficiency in basic life support and patient care
- Ability to assess and provide nursing care to pediatric patients
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
- Willingness to work in home health settings
Responsibilities
- Providing all ADLs
- Administering all feedings and medications via gtube as ordered
- Providing any pulmonary care as ordered
- Administering medications and feedings via gtube as ordered
- Providing pulmonary care as ordered which may include oral suctioning, breathing treatments and cough assist with vest treatments
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering basic life support as needed.
- Manage tube feeding, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety practices.
