About The Position

At Castor Home Health Solutions, we are seeking a compassionate RN to provide 1:1 pediatric care for a teenager in the home. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for consistent evening hours while building a meaningful relationship with one patient and family. We serve patients from infants through young adults and carefully match nurses with the right-fit family for long-term success. With 24/7 clinical support, paid hands-on training, and a laptop in every home for easy charting, you’ll feel confident and supported from day one.

Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license
• CPR certification, or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, dependable nurses

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
• Support the daily care needs of a teenager
• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
• Support the patient and family through compassionate, dependable care
• Complete simple real-time charting during your shift
