About The Position
BAYADA's Pediatric team is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in the Winston-Salem / Greensboro Metro area to provide 1:1 homecare. This role emphasizes values over volume, offering ongoing support, flexibility, training, and recognition. Nurses will deliver direct patient care to clients of all ages and acuity levels in the Piedmont Triad Area.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of North Carolina
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 care to pediatric and adult clients.
- Provide skilled nursing care in home settings.
- Utilize electronic charting through Statewise.
Benefits
- Commitment Bonuses: $5,000- $10,000 depending on level of commitment
