Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license
- CPR certification (we can help)
- Compassionate and reliable
Nice To Haves
- Pediatrics experience preferred (not required)
- New grads encouraged to apply - full training provided (trachs, vents, G/J tubes & more)
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care based on individualized care plans
- Monitor vitals, administer medications, and provide treatments
- Work closely with families and care teams
- Complete simple, real-time documentation
