Requirements

Active Florida RN or LPN license
IV Cert required for some cases
TPN/Lipids experience required for specific cases
Comfort with total care, mobility assistance, and respiratory support
Ability to follow the plan of care and work collaboratively
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused
Nurses available to begin quickly are encouraged to apply.
Some roles require background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Pediatric or home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients in a home setting.
Administer total care, including mobility assistance and respiratory support.
Follow the plan of care and work collaboratively with the clinical team.
Provide care for patients with G-tube, T/V, Trach/vent, TPN/Lipids, and other medical needs as specified for each case.
Attend school with a child as required for specific cases.
Ensure vent competency for patients requiring vent support, even if only at night or during illness.
