Pediatric Registered Nurse
About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric clients in their homes throughout Manhattan, NY. This role involves caring for medically complex children, specifically for a 9-month-old case in Manhattan. The position offers consistent 12-hour day and overnight shifts, providing individualized, high-quality skilled nursing care in a one-on-one home setting. Nurses will build meaningful relationships with their patients and families while receiving ongoing support from experienced clinical and administrative teams.
Requirements
- Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
- At least one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Physical completed within the last 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years, if applicable
- Proof of MMR immunity (lab report)
