Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation required.
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or home care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments.
- Perform required supervisory visits in clients’ homes.
- Review plans of care and client needs.
- Obtain and document vital signs and assessments.
- Communicate changes or concerns with families and the care team.
- Complete visit documentation accurately and timely.
