About The Position
The Quality Reviewer is a Registered Professional Nurse who will ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of documentation completed by the COC. This individual will be assigned to a set group of COCs. The QR’s main area of responsibility will be to ensure that OASIS assessments are completed in accordance with CMS Regulatory Requirements and Conventions for completing OASIS-C (Chapter 3) in the OASIS-C Guidance Manual.
Requirements
- NYS RN License.
- Computer literacy; Home Care Homebase experience.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Familiarity with CMS billing regulations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Home health or community care experience.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems

- No Quality Reviewer experience required; We will train the right person!
