About The Position

Nemours Children’s Health - Delaware is seeking a full-time integrated primary care psychologist for its Dover and Milford Clinics. This role involves joining interprofessional teams to provide team-based care to patients and families, with a focus on consultation, assessment, and intervention for youth from birth to 21. The program includes an early identification assessment service for autism within the medical home and offers opportunities for teaching and training future integrated primary care team members. The psychologist will split time between the Dover and Milford clinics. The role also offers opportunities for program development, leadership, advocacy, community outreach, quality improvement, and research initiatives, with collaboration opportunities with the Nemours Center for Healthcare Delivery Science. Psychologists are members of the medical staff at Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware and are supported with applying for an academic appointment through the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.

Requirements

• Ph.D/ Psy.D. from an APA-accredited clinical, counseling, or school psychology program.
• Pre-doctoral Internship from an APA-accredited site.
• At least one year of postdoctoral experience in a child-focused setting.
• Licensed or license eligible in DE.
