About The Position
Join Shine Pediatrics & Wellness Center as a holistic-minded Pediatric Provider. This role focuses on practicing pediatrics in a way that makes a difference, going beyond prescriptions to address the root cause, support whole-child wellness, and guide families on their health journey. Shine Pediatrics is one of the fastest-growing pediatric practices in DFW, blending natural therapies with conventional treatments. They care for children from birth through young adulthood with a whole-health approach and empower providers to take ownership of patient care.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician or Advanced Practice Provider (with pediatric specialty training).
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas.
- Excited to embrace integrative & functional medicine (training provided).
- Willing to complete a 2–4 week onboarding/training at our Richardson HQ.

Responsibilities
- Partner with families to uncover the “why” behind symptoms.
- Use both conventional and functional diagnostics to guide care.
- Treat a wide variety of conditions often referred out to specialists (allergy, GI, dermatology, pulmonary, psychiatry).
- Help shape the future of holistic pediatrics in the Metroplex.
