About The Position
Traditional Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Private Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to children in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. This role offers flexible scheduling and strong support, allowing nurses to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.
Requirements
- Active PA LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized one-on-one care to pediatric patients
- Follow and document the patient’s plan of care
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
- Educate and support families in caring for their child
- Provide Trach and Vent needs
