About The Position

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring RNs and LPNs across South East Kansas for pediatric private duty nursing. This role offers 1:1 care in the patient's home, allowing nurses to focus on providing dedicated care without the high volume typically found in hospital settings. Cases often involve complex pediatric needs such as trach, vent, or G-tube care. The company emphasizes strong support systems, including 24/7 on-call assistance, comprehensive training, and a supportive team environment. Premium pay is offered for overnights and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license
• Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, 1:1 nursing care in a family's home.
