About The Position

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing, which differs from other Home Health Nursing by focusing on one patient per shift rather than short visits to multiple patients. Shift lengths vary, accommodating both short shifts and longer 12-hour days to suit family needs. The patients and families rely on the nursing provided. We are seeking motivated LPNs with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Lakewood.

Requirements

  • Active LPN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Pediatric Home Health

Responsibilities

  • Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
  • Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
  • Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

  • Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time - $2000.00. Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days
  • Sign-on Bonus: Part-Time - $1000.00. Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment. must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days
