About The Position

Busy Primary Care practice seeks an experienced Pediatrician to serve our well-established practice in a convenient area of Peoria, IL. This role offers a ready-made panel with opportunity for growth, and no shared call rotation is required. There are opportunities to precept learners in a practice with a culture of teaching, and collaboration and mentorship with seasoned Pediatricians and other primary care colleagues, including eight physicians and seven APPs.

Requirements

Doctorate degree.
Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics.
Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal heath programs.
Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served.
2+ years of experience as an attending Pediatric Physician in an outpatient primary care setting.
