About The Position

Therapitas is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring Spanish-speaking children have equal access to quality therapy services. They are seeking a part-time Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their multidisciplinary outpatient team in Tulsa. While Spanish fluency is a plus, it is not required as interpreter support is provided. This role offers a flexible schedule within a Monday-Friday clinic operation.

Requirements

• DPT or PT degree from an accredited program
• Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain
• New grads and upcoming board exam candidates welcome
• Passion for working with children and families
• Mission-driven approach to care
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule with PTA supervision during clinic hours

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients
• Provide skilled intervention to improve strength, mobility, motor development, and functional independence
• Document services in our easy-to-use EMR to meet clinical standards and payer requirements
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to provide coordinated, family-centered care
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) during your scheduled clinic hours.
