About The Position

PYG Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists to provide pediatric therapy services in children's homes across Arizona. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships.

Requirements

• Current Arizona PT or DPT license
• CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and clinical skills

• Experience in pediatric home health

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and establish individualized therapy goals
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions
• Document patient progress
• Coach families on home exercises
• Coordinate care with physicians and therapy team members
• Build positive relationships with patients and caregivers
