About The Position

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Current Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
Creative, collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
Experience with or eagerness to work with children (pediatric clinical rotation or relevant experience preferred).
Comfortable moving with kids, including getting on and off the floor, hopping, skipping, running, and demonstrating exercises in an engaging, child-friendly way.
Ability to perform some heavy lifting.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with children, parents, and caregivers.
Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Ability to interpret nonverbal cues, body language, and behavioral signals to guide treatment and build trust with pediatric patients.
