Pediatric Physical Therapist
About The Position
A medical facility located near Tifton, Georgia is seeking a full-time, permanent Pediatric Physical Therapist to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a Mon-Fri day shift schedule in an outpatient setting. The role involves providing physical therapy services primarily to outpatients and sports medicine patients, including evaluations and related services. The therapist will also serve as a consultant for in-service education, document patient status and progress, supervise Physical Therapy Aides, and assume responsibilities as agreed upon by the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
Requirements
- Current GA PT License
- BLS certification
- Passion for working with the pediatric population

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services primarily to outpatients and sports medicine patients.
- Perform physical therapy treatments, evaluation and related services.
- Serve as a consultant to in-service education for hospital staff, patients, families, and community projects.
- Document and report patient’s status and progress in accordance with the department policy.
- Supervise the Physical Therapy Aides.
- Assume responsibility as agreed upon by the Director of Rehabilitation Services.
