About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide top-quality, one-on-one care to children in their natural environment. In this home-visiting role, you will travel to patients' homes in the Homestead, FL area to help children improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function. Requirements
- Must hold an active and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in pediatrics is strongly preferred, but passionate newly licensed therapists are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Travel to patients' homes in and around Homestead to deliver individualized pediatric physical therapy.
- Assess patient needs and create engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic programs.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to teach them exercises and techniques to support their child's progress at home.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for all visits.
