About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the chance to work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to the treatment of our young patients, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to meet your child’s needs. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to pediatric patients.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
Invest in clinicians through mentorship and peer-to-peer learning.
Utilize Professional Education Planning (PEP) using specialization road maps.
Engage in continuous learning through live and on-demand subscriptions, free course seats, generous discounts, and annual CEU reimbursement.
Participate in multiple in-house hosted courses offered for pediatric and orthopedic clinicians.
Develop skills and professional accomplishments through the Clinical Career Ladder.
Participate in leadership programs.

Consider partnership opportunities and potentially open own clinic(s).
Manage reasonable caseloads to focus on individualized treatment plans.
Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students (for experienced teammates).
