About The Position
Aveanna Healthcare, which has joined forces with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. They are looking to hire a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for pediatric home health in the North Chesterfield, Chester, Richmond, Glen Allen, & Henrico area. The role offers a 1:1 therapist to patient ratio, with caseloads clustered together and close to home. Aveanna aims to revolutionize homecare delivery, one patient at a time, and provides opportunities for career and skillset advancement.
Requirements
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice.
- Must be willing to work in home settings.
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities
- Provide pediatric therapy for kids of all ages in multiple settings.
- Match therapists to patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level.
- Work in home settings.
- Provide 1:1 therapist to patient ratio.
- Cluster caseloads together and close to home.
