About The Position
Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about helping patients build independence and improve quality of life in a supportive, home-based setting. Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of pediatric experience
- Home health experience
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community
- Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development
- Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Document care in an electronic medical record system
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
