About The Position

As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will have the opportunity to change the lives of children ranging in age from birth through 21 years. Treatment is individualized for each patient, as sessions are conducted one-to-one, enabling flexibility in their care plan. We encourage you to involve parents and caregivers in sessions, empowering them to implement skills and home exercises in their child's daily routine. A rewarding aspect of your role will be collaborating with fellow teammates. Our clinics comprise physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, fostering a collaborative environment to drive patient success.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

Provide individualized one-to-one physical therapy treatment for pediatric patients from birth to age twenty-one.
Develop customized plans of care to meet each child’s needs.
Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions and carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life.
Collaborate with fellow teammates, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists.
Become a certified clinical instructor and mentor students after gaining experience.
